Birch Bark

142.00

DETAILS: Cast from a piece of White Birch bark. 32" recycled sterling silver chain with lobster clasp.

SUGGESTED RETAIL: $284

RETAIL PAGE DESCRIPTION:

Betula papyrifera

A sterling silver slab of paper birch bark. Mysterious at first glance, disarmingly full of texture and detail on a second look.

Paper birch, also sometimes called white birch, is native to northern North America. It is often the first tree to grow in areas disturbed by wildfire, avalanche and windthrow. Moose consume the bark as food in winter.

The piece of bark comes on a longer 32" chain made of recycled sterling silver. Bark measures just shy of 2" at the tallest point by 3/4" wide.
